What you can expect during your stay
- WHO approved cleaning products
- Regular Cleaning of all high-touch surfaces (light switches, door handles, countertops, etc)
- Steam cleaning of rugs and curtains
- Provision of masks and gloves to guests (on request)
- Regular third-party checks of the pool and hot tub to ensure their safety
- Pool maintained at chlorination levels 15mg.min/litre
- All linens sanitized in high-temperature wash
- Staff required to regularly wash hands + regular temperature checks
