You’ll take in the nourishment of the mouth-watering and health-restoring retreat food, but you will be nourished by so much more; not least, the care of our team, who will customise your treatments and classes to meet you exactly where you are.

This retreat is designed to offer a truly holistic approach to healing. From the benefits of conscious movement, to the energetic rebalancing of reiki, and the release and nurturing of massage. You’ll not only be supported on every level but you’ll have the chance to try many different healing modalities you might never have tried before. All with our incredible caring and skilled team.
Thrive
By joining this retreat you automatically get access to our Retreat 365 membership programme. This is an incredible resource for online classes you can do when back home, so our instructors can continue supporting you in your journey.
