This fun Pilates adventure week will empower you with the tools and mindset to do just that and more.
The core components of this inspiring and fun week will be made up of 3 elements: Pilates, Breathwork, and Cold water therapy (optional).
This space and guidance from our team allow you to develop your practice, as our team guides you through a program designed to:
- Boost your love & passion for Pilates
- Learn breathing techniques to reduce stress & find calm & focus
- Feel confident, inspired & safe continuing your Pilates practice at home
- Learn the basic principles of cold water therapy & how to implement a practice at home
- Have a lot of fun experiencing the power of movement, breath, ice baths & community
- Relax, recharge & reset in the sunshine

Pilates
For the Pilates lovers enjoy 2 daily Pilates and core strength workouts with our two experienced and caring teachers, Jamie and Jo.
Each session will connect you to your core and take you deeper into your practice to feel confident and strong in your practice.
Breath
Beyond the Pilates and core work, both teachers have a passion and deep comprehension of breathwork practices that can be used to support a variety of health benefits, from mental health, clarity and positivity, to the physical health of immune boosting effects to physical efficiency and boosted immune systems.
Each day will include breathwork, with additional breath workshops during the week.
Chill Out!
To add even more ice to this truly unique and cool week, we’ll be sharing the opportunity to come join us in cold water therapy.
Approaching the ice bath phenomenon as a community, and of course optional, practice will help you discover the extremely powerful health benefits of this practice. With useful tips on how to make this practice work at home, and guidance on the safety and practical aspects of cold immersion, we’ll have a lot of fun exploring this together.
And don’t worry if the cold is not for you. This is only optional, and yes, we have a hot tub to spectate from if you prefer

Jo Dombernowsky
Pilates Teacher & Nutrition Advisor
Having studied nutrition for many years, Jo knows the power of food to improve health, energy and wellbeing and prepares her meals to do exactly that. She loves to pass on her knowledge and passion for food throughout the retreat and in her amazing cookbook, ‘Truly Healthy, Truly Delicious‘.
Jo is also an advanced practitioner and inspiring instructor of Stott Pilates. Her classes focus strongly on understanding correct form, body awareness and body synergy, giving students the understanding and skill to progress in their Pilates safely and quickly.
Jo’s passion for fitness and overall wellbeing shine through in all that she does, and we are delighted to have her as part of the team.
Jamie Isaac

Jamie
Jamie believes in the power of mindful movement to change the world. Really.
As a surfer, devoted to Pilates, Jamie founded Azul Fit, Retreats, and Fluid Life Pilates, to share his passion with those who are ready to take their next conscious step toward vibrant health.
He believes that sharing mindful movement within a supportive community has the power to create positive and lasting change that reaches beyond just a class or retreat.
Jamie is a 2nd Generation Master Pilates Teacher, and a featured presenter on Pilates Anytime.
At his studio in California, and through workshops and retreats across the globe, Jamie loves nothing more than supporting and celebrating the transformations of his students… except maybe playing with his awesome kids and catching a few waves.
